Reasons You'll Be Removed From the Board
- Child Safety Is Non-Negotiable: Rovian is for ages 18 and over only (both membership and guest access are 18+). At the slightest violation involving minors we apply an instant permanent ban and start legal proceedings. This is no joke.
- Respect Is a Must: The person across from you is a real human being. Harassment, profanity, bullying or sexual content means instant disqualification from the game.
- No Spoilsports: Cheating, spamming or sharing illegal content is as bad as deliberately hanging your queen — we don't forgive it.
It's Your Move
- ⏩ Skip: Conversation not clicking? Don't stress about it — hit the Skip button and sit down at a new table right away.
- 🚫 Block: Build a two-way wall they can never cross. You'll never run into that person again.
- 🚩 Report: After a successful report, the current opponent's video and audio are cut instantly, the board stays open, and the report reaches our moderation team. Use Block as well to prevent future matches.
Our Promise: Clear Commitments
- ⏱️ 24 hours: Every report is reviewed by a real human within 24 hours.
- 🎥 Calls and recording: Depending on the connection, video is sent directly or through secure relay infrastructure. Normal calls are not automatically recorded. User-triggered moderation evidence and clip features requiring explicit consent are exceptions. Match clips require both players to enable recording consent. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- 🔒 Never sold: Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
- ⚖️ Permanent bans: Confirmed serious violations get permanent bans, not warnings.
