What Changes When It's Face to Face?
- The game becomes a conversation: You chat between moves, ask for a rematch, sometimes make a new friend.
- Cheating stops being a worry: Seeing a real person think builds far more trust than anonymous engine users.
- Everything on one screen: Video, synced board and clock side by side — no tab-switching, no screen sharing, no "wait, whose turn was it?" arguments.
📺 A Stage Built for Streamers
Rovian's layout was designed for streaming: board in the middle, both cameras at the sides — capture a single window in OBS and your whole scene is broadcast-ready. Your opponent's reaction, your move and the clock share one frame; viewers miss nothing. A no-video mode exists for camera-shy opponents.
Be at the Board in 30 Seconds
- 1. Create a free account (or play as guest).
- 2. Hit "Find opponent" — match with someone near your level.
- 3. Both confirm on the "Ready?" screen; cameras open, the clock starts.
