Your personal training plan is a daily study list drawn from your real data. You don't have to guess what to work on: the Training page hands you an ordered plan.
It feeds on three sources: the mistakes in your analysed games, the themes of the puzzles you solve, and your opening statistics.
What's in the plan?
🎯 Your weak spot: the error type you commit most often lately, with puzzles prepared on it. It comes with a concrete reason, like “you hung a piece seven times this week”.
📖 Opening work: the opening you keep losing gets flagged, with a nudge to refresh its main lines.
🪵 Your Woodpecker cycle: if you started the programme, today's quota lands inside the plan.
🔁 Daily rhythm: when there's no specific weakness to attack, the coach asks you to keep the rhythm — one game, a few puzzles.
Without enough data you get a starter plan; after a few games and puzzles it reshapes around you.
What does “your personal model” mean?
The plan isn't a fixed list. After each analysed game, the system updates what you struggle with and reorders the plan. You can even see how much your model has learned.
So when you fix a weakness it drops off the top of the list and something else takes its place. After a month of use, the plan looks nothing like day one.
It tracks your tactical level too: the average difficulty of the puzzles you solve sits at the top.
The weekly progress report
Once a week you get a seven-day summary: how many games you played, your win-draw-loss split, your rating change and how many puzzles you solved.
The most useful part is the list of your most frequent mistakes. Under a line like “your most common error this week: missed mate (5 times)” you can click straight through to study those topics.
Your puzzle streak appears too. If it broke, it's written as a reminder you can act on today, not as an accusation.
Why follow the plan?
Because “I want to improve at chess” isn't an action plan. “Solve 12 hanging-piece puzzles today, then refresh the main line of the Sicilian” is.
All the training tools also sit in one place: puzzles, Puzzle Rush, playing the computer, Woodpecker and your game analyses.
