London System
One setup for White against everything: bishop to f4, a solid c3–d4–e3 pyramid and a knight jumping to e5.
Basics: the first moves of the London System
Bishop to f4 first, then e3: that order is the whole London idea. These three moves start every London game.

If Black sets up solidly with e6
Build the pyramid: c3–d4–e3, knights to f3 and d2, bishop to d3. If Black's bishop comes to d6, retreat yours to g3. Then the knight jumps to e5, backed by f4.
